Detectable Black Plastic Technology

  • Detectable black plastic packaging allows transparency to near-infrared light.
  • Enables automated sorting at recovery facilities, aiding in the identification and separation of black plastic for recycling purposes.

Post Consumer Recycled (PCR)

  • Reprocesses recycled plastic into resin for manufacturing new packaging.
  • Compliance with PCR regulations and can incorporate up to 40% PCR content in our products, promoting sustainability and eco-friendliness in packaging solutions.

Doing Our Part

Energy Efficiency 

We have reduced our demand on the electrical grid by acquiring energy-efficient equipment, retrofitting our facility with energy-efficient lighting and an air compressor, among other operational initiatives. 


Water Reuse

All our injection molding machines run on a closed loop system that saves clean water from needing to be pumped in repeatedly.


Recycled Content

Our products can contain up to 40% pre-consumer recycled content from unused food safe material. 

Less Materials
Innovative design has allowed us to produce a durable container with less material, thus reducing the footprint associated with heavier products.

Responsibility
We run corporate awareness programs to encourage lower emission commutes and have also installed electric car charging stations at our facility.
